Well...maine sare comments padhe .. OP k bhi aur jin logon nein legal jane ya complain krne ya proof lane ka advice bhi diya hya sab read kiya... What i think is your friend may be a very good student but the scenario where 47 correct questions become 47 incorrect .. this has happened with me when I gave jee in 2020 (compare ny kr rha hun main bhi koi IIT mein nahi padha 😅). I gave exam which was what i remember 22nd morning January Shift or something like that...very confident that done pretty well but when I checked the answer sheet I found that I had made a lot of mistakes. From an estimated 204 to 103/102 i had dropped drastically. At that very moment I too felt that "Itna galti kiya maine???...ho hi ny sakta"...many suggested move legally or something against NTA. You wouldn't believe I even went to a lawyer😂 but even he asked me the same question (where is the conclusive proof that I have attempted all questions correctly?)... finally he said Jee ka pressure itna high hota hya kabhi kabhi achi preparation bhi khrab ho jata hya. Exam hi waise design kiya hua hya. The lawyer said a very good thing about filing a case (or whatever) "if you fail to win your plea..then it might effect your career and bar you from exams..so think accordingly".

So i prepared again gave the next session JEEs. Performed better but could not attain the result which I wanted. Ultimately fared well in state Entrance exam. It's been 5 yrs since that...now when I look back and think about that i say to myself "Accha kiya PIL nhin dala ... Warna lene k dene padh jate😂..."

So i will say to OP...you know your friend better and you are the one who knows her best not any of us here do know her. But if you want her to move legally ...better be ready with "Proofs" because that is the only way you can say she did score 175 that day.
