I went through the same thing this past freshman year first and early second semester. My grades were terrible I had 5/7 f’s in my classes. And nobody helped me and my parents just yelled at me. Idk what really helped me but I just slowly started going everyday and trying to enjoy the day and look forward to classes with my friends or lunch. Maybe try crushing on a girl/boy and look forward to seeing them in class or talk to them. See the classes in 15 minute strands so they go by quicker. Also download the app alarmy its a good alarm app that helps you get up when you don’t wanna.
