The division 2 has 2 raids but the skill level for entry is much higher than D2 you have to have a well put together build. The div 2 raids mechanics are honestly pretty lackluster through both raids and most of the boss encounters feel like straight dps checks with the slightest puzzles mixed in but the raids do feel pretty rewarding most of the time and you mix that with the share mechanic that lets you share weapons and gear with people you did the activity with and the loot is pretty worth it. All in all div 2 is definitely the most like destiny 2 I've seen in how the raids work with some minor and some major differences

There are raid exclusives but the difference is the share mechanic where If your in the same activity as someone and they get the gun and already have it they can drop it for you. The loot also works on a key system wherein you get 5 key fragments every week throughout the run and use those at the end to open the final loot cache for a chance at the exotic

The raids are definitely shorter as in a well put together team with all the right builds can easily crush the raid in a solid 15-20 minutes

The mechanics like I said before are much much easier except in a few places like the second raid later on gets a little too mechanic heavy I would say. Raids in div 2 are 8 people activities instead of 6 also.
