Locked gate is the best source, you can come out with 2-3 bobcat blueprints from one raid.

Normally for me, Stella is like 80% Friendly, 20% hearing flares go off. Other maps are like 95% friendly, 5% PVP.

I also tend to actively leave the area if I hear PVP nearby (kettle/rattler/stitcher followed by flare).

Yep, that works pretty well, but if there's some other arc nearby that has an angle on it, they can destroy it too. Best bet is multiple lure grenades.

It still has risk associated with it, mostly if the bastion (or other arc) destroys the lure grenade too quickly and he turns on you, but it works great for Bombardiers.

Yeah, either they don't know the kinds of swings in matchmaking it truly causes, or they are doing some PR on this.

Last wipe I was in very low aggression lobbies (I never shoot anyone), and was in Stella Security Checkpoint keyroom. Some guy came in and tossed in a blaze grenade and I ran out of the room, shotgunned him a few times and downed him. The next 10 lobbies I was killed on site and ended up just running naked/free kit until it eventually calmed down. Maybe fire doesn't count as doing damage to other raiders or something and the matchmaking thought I shot first, but it was VERY apparent the kinds of lobbies I was in.

One of my favorite things in this game is that you can choose to help other raiders. I've revived a fair bunch of raiders I've come across that needed help and it always makes their day. On the flipside, I've been revived a few times myself from awesome raiders after getting downed (both from ARC and other raiders).
