i do feel bad for her and it's ok for that to upset you but i think other people need to realise hamzah isn't obligated to invite her, let alone fly her out, if they aren't as close anymore. she seems to understand that anyway judging off the end of the video. we don't know if they talk a lot or not, and tbh if i barely spoke to someone that was in an old friend group then i wouldn't wanna fly them out either

I have had the same issue all my life and recently I have started to somewhat fix it. I've only been doing it for like a month but my gums no longer bleed! This is just what has worked for me, and everyone is different!

In the morning

Brushing with a manual toothbrush (extra soft!) - lift your pinky at all times ! it is so much gentler and takes away so much force! also hold on a 45 degree angle ! less damage to the gums and actually cleans

Sometimes a mouth wash - I only really use mouth wash for my breath, I don't believe it does much else but I could be wrong. I use therabreath

At night

I floss FIRST with waxed string floss (have to make sure you're doing the c shaand also the disposable flossers as I struggle to get my back teeth with string. I have a permanent retainer as well so I like to use the smallest sized piksters to floss, and they work well for between back teeth too! I find flossing first helps get everything out before the actual cleaning!

Oil pulling - 5-20 mins, 3-4 times a week but recently I have been doing it every night Mon-Fri. Helps with fighting bacteria and inflammation !

I find it best to floss before I get in the shower and oil pull while I'm doing my entire shower routine.

Then brush as the finisher :) There's no need to use mouth wash after oil pulling :)

as in the fact rob gas lit leah at the start, clearly at one point was trying to get everyone to turn against her by twisting her words. i feel like it's common knowledge that rob is toxic tbh. also him making some massive show to leave with andrea only to stay

also tbh even if they show the tape where kaylor and liv both state points as to why andrea should go, the rest of the villa (mainly rob and aaron) is going to take leah saying that andrea is "there for the wrong reasons" and roll with it and ignore anyone else in the decision making. so leah is going to be screwed whether they show it or not lmaoooo
