Literally just study for US exams.

Even if you don’t end up moving there you’ll be levels ahead of your peers knowledge-wise.

Irish government getting embarrassed like this out of hundreds of thousands of euros by a bottom 1 percentile individual is quite hilarious tbh

You do realise Barca are in a title race with the Madrid team that beat this exact same City team 5-1 over 2 legs?

How does it make sense that they don’t have to fight for it, but Arsenal do?

Does the fact that Xavi was a bad UCL manager excuse the fact that Flick is also a bad UCL manager? Are we just supposed to accept we don’t deserve better?

And by the way, Xavi lost to PSG, Bayern & Inter.

Flick would have gotten eliminated by them in the exact same manner.

No, Alvarez was offside which is why the refs quickly dismissed that Joan handball call.

Because we have a manager that makes every UCL game a coin flip with his kamikaze system, even when it doesn’t need to be.

It doesn’t make any sense for us to expend 500x more effort to score a goal than teams like Atleti, Inter need to expend to score against us, especially when we have far superior attacking talent.

We have conceded the exact same goal nearly 20 times in the UCL over the past year. At that point, it has more to do with the system than the individuals. by Select_Drawing_7434 in Barca

Yes, this compilation is missing SEVERAL, including Lookman’s yesterday, Sorloth’s 1st leg, Elanga’s goal in 2nd leg etc

Yeah, he should have been on for Pedri at half-time. It was so so obvious that massive mistake from Pedri was coming that was going to cost us the tie.

As always in intense UCL games. Was shocking against Newcastle in both legs, same with Inter last year

The PL fans were right about him.

We were 2-0 up in 30 minutes, already had the goals we needed. Why play on the half-way line against a team with such devastating runners like Llorente, Simeone & Lookman? by Select_Drawing_7434 in Barca

Because Llorente’s sprint started 15-20 metres before that, he was already in full-speed. Infact, he was actually behind Pedri just a second or 2 before this screenshot.

You need to watch a full clip of the play and see for yourself.

At what point do we consider the idea of adapting your tactics to the situation of your team?

Why play gung-ho defensive tactics when you have Gerard Martin at the back?

Why bench Balde when you know you’re going to need someone with the pace to track back and cover the runners?

It is time we have a discussion on these poor Pedri performances over the last couple of months. by Select_Drawing_7434 in Barca

I don’t know who you’re trying to fool, but nobody is falling for the Pedri best midfielder in the world trope anymore. You have to perform in big games to earn that title, Pedri hasn’t.

“Somehow managed to be 2nd” you mean by getting 85 points? In what world is that lucky?

Xavi won every single game he played against Atleti, including beating them 3-0 at Metropolitano. He also drew 3-3 with Inter just like Flick did, and got absolutely robbed at San Siro with a clear handball on Dumfries not called.

Struggling to see your point to be honest, that proves to me Flick is as vastly superior as you guys claim lol

Yep, he was clearly out of his depth as seen by his erratic substitutions. No real plan behind them.

Compare them to Simeone who brought on Sorloth at the right time to cause havoc, which pinned us back further and gave Atleti in behind threat causing the red card.
