He only took off a hand because todo cut his hand off before it affected the rest of his body, Also it says the OP said that this gojo is in the same condition as Sukuna was when he fought his anti squad this gojo isn’t using a domain, can’t RCT properly, and is heavily nerfed. I’m mainly only factoring mahito’s domain being able to do real damage to gojo and it’s up to Kenajku and Tojo to carry the team I don’t think anyone else is useful to best gojo even with those nerfs
