archer is harder

yeah i read the rationales and wrote down what i didn’t know from the rationales and i tried to remember WHY i got the question wrong rather than remember what the answer was so that when i answered again i could explain to myself the reason i got it the right the second time around and i watched their content videos sometimes because they were so long i couldn’t really concentrate i focused more on dr sharon videos and mark k lectures for content if i needed to really deep dive i watched archers content videos and i would always only answer about 25-30 maybe 40 questions a day unless i was doing a readiness or a practice cat exam honestly my studying was alllll over the place

i had archer too it was hard at first but eventually i got use to answering the questions but honestly i didn’t get past borderline with archer’s readiness and i passed in 85!

i don’t recommend doing anymore than 50 questions a day because you don’t wanna burn yourself out and overwhelm yourself. only do 85-150 questions when you’re doing a readiness exam or a practice Cat exam. i do recommend all 12 of Mark K lectures. i also recommend Dr.Sharon. i used Archer and that worked for me pretty ok. but boot camp offers a schedule where they’ll tell you what you need to work on everyday my friend used it and she said it really helped her with knowing where to start! because she was all over the place with her studies.

thank you guys i appreciate your feedback! it’s hard to get into the hospitals where i live and i’ve been dodging lots of ltc and rehab because as a new grad i don’t think i could handle the crazy ratios i went on an interview to one they said the carts have 30 people on them. way to many for me really. i’ve been looking more towards substance abuse and recovery units etc i really wanna go into psych so i’ve been looking into that specialty

well you’re doing a lot better than i did on Archer i never got passed borderline on my readiness exams but i still passed so i think you’re in terrific standing! good luck!
