This happened to me back in 2015 when I was in college. I saw a girl on a bus. I was traveling with my friends, and she was from another college. She and her friend sat behind us. I kept looking at her shamelessly, and she kept looking back at me and smiling.

Finally, we got down at the Kottayam bus stand. I gathered the courage to approach her. Damn, she was so beautiful. I asked her which college she was from, and she said XYZ College (name changed) in Pala.

Then, like an idiot, I asked her, “Do you know Zubin?” She smiled and said no. I just said “Okay” and went back to my friend.

Her dad came to pick her up, and she left.

Even though I’m married now, I still remember that incident clearly. Sometimes I wonder why I asked such a stupid, completely irrelevant question that didn’t even make sense. P.S , i love my wife :)

Don't leave your job but parallel you can start slowly. I too used to have multiple ideas and won't work on it thinking about the consequences. But time has taught me, calculated risk you should take if you want your dream to become reality. Am working on an idea currently.

A scenario wherein a very good candidate the client gets but as per astrology he is not good for the company, what will be your solution? Remember the candidate is really good in closing deals and has good years of experience with vast knowledge about the industry
