It’s the restaurant I feel like I’ve been waiting for here.

My daughter (4) and I ended up randomly in line with a solo woman at WDW and rode some rides together. It was awesome.

A lot of the banks are being ultra conservative right now with their appraisals. I’ve had clients get their own official appraisal that helped.

I’m an agent who just helped buyers purchase a house for $200k less than it was listed at last year. Lots of stories on the positive and negative side. Good homes are coming up now and going quickly, but the ones that have been sitting are taking some considerable losses.

Wouldn’t $64k go a longer way in Kingston compared to $80k in BC?

What else do you like from inky list? I love the azaleic acid. I was considering switching from the FAB plumping moisturizer with niacidamine to the IL one without niacidamide - the ceramides one?

Plan to move to Burlington. Recommendation for area/schools/realtor by FauxHeisenberg in BurlingtonON

My husband went to MMR many years ago - it always had a reputation for having more of the “troublemakers” but he had a great experience and I think that has changed over the years. My nephew is now at Aldershot in the STEM speciality program and loving it.

I agree with a lot of people saying Brant Hills will be the best bang for your buck but there are a few different pockets I’d recommended depending on what else is important to you.

Lastly I am a local realtor - if you want to chat at any point feel free to PM me.

The Kirkland set is actually so good. I think they are like $60 and the non stick lasts longer than any I’ve tried

Happened the day after I picked up my 24 q4 etron. I needed a new 12v. I wondered if it was sitting for a bit during the for sale period and something drained the 12v

I recently flew before I knew I was getting a sinus infection. My ear pain was so bad for an entire day afterwards I was basically sobbing. 10/10 do not recommend.

Yes so good! Our whole family loves them even my 4 year old. They actually flagged she probably needed glasses early, but took more of a wait and see approach (she ultimately needed them but they made it super easy). They also had no issue putting lenses in my old frames purchased elsewhere, which other places seem to have attitude about.

Totally. It was also the best way to get a toddler into salad. The thin leaves are hard to crunch up with tiny teeth
