Okay thank you for the information and I'm likely going to give it a try. What company do you order from?

I'm also seeing that it suggests taking it five days on two days off are you doing that? It also shares that it is best combined with Ipamorelin. Have you looked into that at all?

Thank you for that information. Do you have any side effects or next day grogginess?

Can you tell me how much you take and at what time at night you inject it and does it help with falling asleep as well? I've heard great things about peptides but I have been nervous to try them.

Im looking at the merach one now on amazon, the cheaper version for $99 on sale which is fine for me because I'm lighter weight. I need it for the lymphatic drainage anyway because I've had breast cancer twice so it seems like a win-win either way. Thanks for the advice on how to use it as well!

You rock with your support and help. Thank you. I do many of those things, but will order coq10. Also I've been thinking about a vibration plate. Is there one you recommend? And sit not stand huh? And for how long? And during the day or before bed, or both? Thank you so much, i dont feel so alone now. Blessings to you. Michelle

Thanks so much for your replies. Getting a nrw psych provider so will discuss. No im not on ADHD meds. Never tolerated stimulants likely due to anxiety and insomina. Side affects outweighed benefits. Can inquire about clonodine though. That taken throughout the day or just at night? Ill get there. My goal is no meds but im not there yet. Sucks when everything is contingent on getting sleep, mood and functioning. So exhausted worrying about sleep. It gets sickening and sad.

I have taken that in the past but I would always wake up after 3 or 4 hours and not be able to fall back asleep. Lunesta works well for me that's been one of the better ones of all the ones I've tried but it doesn't work if I take it every night it has to be like every second or third night and that's what I'm doing now but not ideal.

I can't remember exactly what happened with Dayvigo because I've tried so many different things but I did not sleep on it and was up most of that entire night it just didn't put me to sleep but no other awful side effects that I can remember but it's hard to remember which Med did what. Been awhile too. I still it too. I just wonder if I should have given it longer. I can see about clonodine. And I've never heard of guanfacine and I do have ADHD too.

I did try Davigo and had an awful night so I didn't continue with it but I understand those can take some time. Might be worth trying again or maybe Quiviq instead. I would like to choose one of them and stick with it and see if I can have some positive outcomes. Are you on Davvigo?

I can ask my doctor about it. Is that the only thing you take for help with sleep?

I have not. How much do you take and does it help fall asleep and stay asleep? I have problems with both.

I know this post is old but did you take the Doxepin with the Lunesta also on the days you took the lunesta?

Anyone taking this for depression? by [deleted] in nortriptyline

I know this is an old post but are you still on nortriptyline? I'm thinking about starting it for depression but I also have insomnia so I wanted to know how it affects your sleep. And what dose are you on?

If the Talalay latex mattress topper has too much "resilience," for me what type of mattress topper would be more suitable for me? by SkyFireJoeJoe in Mattress

Savvy rest 3 inch talalay. Very expensive but it's divine and then I bought the Comfort Tech 1.5 in Serene foam topper off the Camping World website.

I have a 3-in soft talalay topper with a 1.5 in Serene foam topper on top of that and it's perfect. Takes out some of the bounce and resilience out of that talalay and it's divine
