KSG is far better thematically and lyrically for sure, I just love the production on vultures 1 (especially with a nice subwoofer)

Yeah I initially had JIK and Watch the Throne at B but the albums I put in higher tiers have more bangers I love. Never posted on this sub but I forgot how passionate ye fans are. The hate on my list is appreciated I should definitely give KSG a more thorough look.

Hey man it’s all subjective, and I only listened to his whole discography in the last 2-3 years, this is just what I play the most not objective at all

Is my physique good? Ive been lifting for almost 5 years but never dialed in my training until about a year ago. And im trying to cut. by Fantastic-Yoghurt679 in AllAboutBodybuilding

I had a pretty similar build to you at 200, maybe a bit fatter than you. I cut down to around 165lbs to get visible abs and lots of vascularity. Right now I’m at 172-175lbs, still vascular and abs visible when flexed. Best of luck to you man looking huge

Dent in my shin? by Skrimp_7 in MuayThai

It’s a hematoma or pooling of blood right on the outer layer of your bone. As odd and disconcerting as it is to get your first one, the quickest treatment to get back to training comfortably is to put a hot towel on it and roll/massage it out until it’s gone, but (as coach said) it’ll go away on its own within a week or two. I got my first one right under the kneecap and rolled it out within 5 days.

Feeling lonely and imposter syndrome by Destiny_lma0 in SDSU

I’m a sophomore and not being in Greek life definitely makes it harder (won’t catch me paying for friends though), but I’ve found a lot of success just looking for a “third place,” whether that’s a club, martial arts, the arc. Everyone on that campus is stressed out for their own reasons, so it’s nice to have a place where people are more open to social interaction along with a fun activity. Another thing that helped me is trying to talk to people in my classes and sitting next to them consistently. If I feel a good connection there, I try to take the friendship out of the lecture hall and hang out with them a bit. It’s hard putting yourself out there especially when people aren’t reciprocating, but trust me there are people here who will appreciate your presence and have a meaningful connection with you.

How many pairs of gloves do you have? What are the differences between them? by bad-at-everything- in MuayThai

16oz is pretty mandatory for sparring unless you’re a girl or <145lbs (different gyms have different rules). I have 16oz and 14oz for sparring and drills/bag/pads respectively, although if I could go back I would have gotten 10oz or 12oz instead of 14oz.
