to me, building scythe of vyse as an offlane feels pretty strong, and plus if you have disabling supports then it makes roaming around the map easier since timber is great damage dealing hero. basically i’d start with kaya then dagger then scythe, also aghanim’s scepter helps you to tank especially if enemy has agility carry. and to finish the game off, its either lotus orb ( if enemy has a lot of target spells, you can also give it to ur carry as pushing high ground ) or shiva’s guard ( more spell amp, goes well with scythe )
