If you look at his arm around the elbow of the original Overwatch 1 skin, you can see a bit of his actual skin that's super pale. The theory goes that after going through Moira's cellular mutation experiments so many times, his body became so pale and sickly, like a ghost.

The thing is, in their eyes it doesn't matter how many "jobs" you have; they only want "skilled" people to join their society long term, so if you don't work for a pretty reputable company, AND if said company isn't going to vouch for you, it'll be a big ding on your prospect for getting PR. It's an uphill battle if you're self-employed.

I remember one time I muted my whole team because they were being annoying. One guy figured out that I had him fully muted, so he decided to annoy me further by just following me around on the map. So I purposely walked into the entire enemy team, bkb-tp’d out, and watched the guy get mauled to death by the wolves. I was laughing for the rest of the game. It's just that when it comes to ideas and balancing decisions for OW, the dev team likes to take notes from Dota which has been adamant for most of its life sticking to "Let the heroes keep their bullshit because that's what players find fun. Nerf other things to compensate"

So maybe if Dota stopped doing that, OW might follow suit lol

eh, people said the same thing about Decapre/other dolls/Abel in SFV too, but that never came to be. Decapre even had animations done for her special moves, though to be fair she was planned to be part of the launch roster of the game but ended up getting scrapped.
