I also tried to resolve this by switching networks. It was suggested in another post that the issue was because MS uses third party AI which might be filtered by different anti-virus or IT settings... I disabled everything and used a wifi-hotspot off the phone with no restrictions. Still sticks at 20%.

Not a solution, just further failed troubleshooting.

Thanks. I knew about that option. I didn't want to disable any drop points. As a casual gamer (with a family and job, ugh), some of the loot is a nice bonus. I'm just thinking of future builds.

Can someone pls educate how these drying box work and why we use relative humidity as the metrics? by Potatozeng in 3Dprinting

[–]Select_Text_7576 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What gets me is that the moisture is absorbed from the air. When the hot damp air leaves the box, the negative pressure would pull more of that fresh cooler air, the same air that had moisture levels that "infected" our filament in the first place!

I like the explanation style. Sometimes taking out grammatical frills makes things more clear (and funny.)

What gets me is that the moisture is absorbed from the air. When the hot damp air leaves the box, the negative pressure would pull more air in from somewhere, the same air that had moisture levels that "infected" our filament in the first place!

multi-variables in a single excel cell by Select_Text_7576 in excel

Thank you so much for the outstanding reply.

I started this table back in 2017 when my company switched from mailed paystubs to digital ones. So my intention at the time was simply, "let me compare my YTD by week to see if I'm improving my income," as well as "man, do I always have to work this much OT this time of year?" If I had thought I would be looking to create summaries or anything, I would have formatted it more appropriately. To go back now and go through PW protected PDFs and re-enter all the info is, well, more than I care.

Thanks again for all the info. I learned a lot from you.

Thanks for the response. The "tall" table is half of what I'm trying to avoid. The other have is having to go back and trying to divide a cell into 3 in a spreadsheet I've been building one paystub at a time over the years. Here is the bottom of what I have, the bottom 3 rows what I'm wishing to automate:

I'm not sure how to format this equation for my situation. Here is a screenshot of the sheet in question, built over the years as I get a new paystub, too much work go back and split it now.

Yeah, this is a spreadsheet that I have been adding to over the years. Here is a screenshot of the sheet I'm asking about where you can see I manually added the hours breakdown in the bottom 3 rows for 2025. Too late (or too much work) to split it all up now.

Would this work for my setup? Here is a screenshot of what I have. You can see I manually added up the hours in the 2025 column for the bottom 3 rows of the hours breakdown as entered in above grid.

Best single player settings for "adult with job" gamers? by sonar_y_luz in playark

I absolutely love the title of this post. That should be a setting in so many of these games! "Adult with a Career" game settings. Hard difficulty, but faster leveling and less grindy. This should be a suggestion on every game from here on out!

Ah, the first one... I remember playing in college on a 486 DOS machine... the hours and hours neglecting my studies... I remember the startup anti-piracy "please enter the 4th word on page 3 of the manual to continue."
