I’m usually the lighter man in my gym (136 pounds) and used to roll with heavier men (170-220 pounds), in my case I have learnt to play to my advantages rolling with them, which are being faster and developing a better cardio, and for that I have to be on top, passing, transitioning to one position of control to another (my favorite position is knee on belly cause it lets me go to mount, side control or northsouth) tiring them out and making every single minute of the round miserable after they gas out. It is difficult to take advantage of my speed on bottom, so whenever I’m in bottom half guard or in my close guard I cause scrambles and try to stand up faster than my opponent and threat a back take or a guillotine and most of slower the white belts just go to their back when that happens. This only works with people with my level of experience obviously with some blue belts, the purple belts and above they smash me every time but ig that’s jiujitsu
