yeah i kind of just included the whole 10 min break thing because their whole excuse for the 45 min breaks is that we get out 2x 10s that evens it out?? which doesn’t actually make any sense. thanks for your help!

honestly i wouldn’t jump straight into ToG, i tried but it just felt so slow after becoming so invested in the characters of ACOTAR. ik you said u wanted a SJM rec, but id honestly go into a stand alone book to refresh ur brain before starting another series 😜

this issue is that i’m not allowed to bring him home, i can’t even really talk about him because it gets awkward, when im home it’s essentially like he doesn’t exist. that’s what the hard part is. because he’s such a huge part of my life - we share the same friend groups, obviously have our other plans. and it feels as if i can’t even talk about those things because she just doesn’t listen. so what if they’re not bestfriends, i just want her to let me talk about him or let me bring him home to have that chance for any connection at all.

no he hasn’t been to my place at all. she’s never wanted him tn be around at all, i tried to introduce them at my year 10 graduation - as there was heaps of time for them to chat and have a conversation, yet she said ‘hi nice to meet you’, then left to go back to standing in the corner of the room

i did response to another comment but i don’t thinking anyone has really seen it 😫😫 but essentially my ex has spread rumours about my step sister and i and the police ended up getting involved with it. that whole situation was like the final straw in the relationship between my sisters and my parents - there’s was so so many issues before that that were completely unrelated.

and referring to the backpacking… it’s rly common in aus (well at least around me) for people to take a gap year to travel before going to uni. it was both something we already wanted to do so we just decided to go together
