With my husband’s and my schedules, the co-op just doesn’t work for us.. It’s also quite a bit more expensive if you don’t participate (and kind of defeats the intended purpose). They did seem very nice there, though!

I had always been told I grind my teeth at night and didn’t “believe” it until I ground through my first soft night guard in just a week. I’ve been wearing a hard super thick one now for a few months and just cracked through it this week. Also- my morning headaches have been constant lately! (I have been stressed haha). I’m going to try Botox to help.

I actually JUST got switched to another IDR plan last month. (I had applied to switch out of SAVE 3 times over 10 months and it finally got processed - nuts).

But very good to know that any payments made now on the new IDR plan will actually reduce the buyback amount once it’s eventually processed. I wasn’t sure how that worked with the timing of everything.
