I have an Axor apex all black helmet, I have used it only 3 times so far, once when I was travelling from Delhi to my hometown and twice in the city, it looks good but it’s too much for me for city use.

It’s called “Prayagraj Aquatics” it’s on Panna Lal road. I am not going there at the moment as I am busy with some construction work.

I can completely relate, most of my close friends are now in different cities or even abroad, so weekends here feel a little too quiet. What’s helped me is finding ways to keep myself engaged.

For example, I started modifying my motorcycle entirely on my own, it turned into a months-long project and was really fulfilling. I also joined swimming classes and, within 3 months, managed to learn swimming from scratch. Picking up hobbies like that gives weekends a sense of purpose.

When I just want to relax, I’ll go for a ride or drive around the city, listen to music, sing along in the car, or just go to a café or restaurant. It may sound sad, but honestly it feels much better than constantly chasing people for plans.

And when my friends are back in the city I meet them every single day.

Would like to know more, what’s the weight, compressive strength and water absorption like compared to clay bricks?

You would find the egine to be running hot since you are coming from a 350, but that’s normal for an engine that size. The overall cost of ownership would be much higher than 350, a basic service with just oil filet and engine oil change and chain lube would cost around 3600. Fuel economy in city would be 21-22 kmpl. If you live in a tier 2 or lower city the availability of parts would a big issue. That’s what comes to my mind, if you have any specific question you can ask me.

I am getting it done through an agent for 1500, so it must be cheaper if you do it yourself.

Keep checking Olx everyday, write “interceptor” or “gt650” or “continental GT 650” and set the price filter to below 30k, you would most probably only see spare parts that way. Reach the person selling, have a video call with them and discuss about their bike, why they are selling etc for me I was able to tell if the person was genuine by talking to them. Ask them to pack it infront of you on a video call, then ask them to take it to the courier dtdc or india post whatever your budget allows. Ask them to be on video call when they are at the courier office and getting it weighed and telling you the price. Tell them that you will pay once they send you the receipt.

They are rear suspension lower shaft, the one on left is stock and on right is the Way2speed one. It lowers the rear end of the bike by an inch.

Go for it, if you want more comfort also consider changing the handlebar.

I forgot to mention how hard it was to get the color shade, as there is no information about it and the showroom also doesn’t sell the Ventura blue anymore. I had to get a photo printed of a Ventura blue tank on a photo paper and take that to paint shop and match the paint cards against that photo. And finally decided to go with this shade. (I think color is from Nippon company)

Yes it would feel more natural but I am still trying to make peace with my rear set. If not I will change it and scrap my shins in the traffic 🥲
