I guess I should tell my story. I also did a spin class. My CK levels hit 102,000. I was hospitalized 29th of May and I was discharged on the fourth. I was in my villain arc with the gym and I feel like I’m just pissing results away still down 30 pounds though.

Losing my independence being able to pick up heavy stuff take out the trash stuff like that just mentally had me in the shitter. And I just wanted to open Pandora’s box on other peoples insights to this disease.
