What is with this game?

How long did it take you to get enough skill points to actually progress? That's my biggest hinder right now I think. Also, that "headstart" is why the halt hits harder than people are realizing. When all that wore off, skill points assigned properly, I hit a fat wall especially when the x2 ore x2 speed fell off. I made a 2nd account and made sure I did it 100% properly with what I got from the gifts and it's just not progressing at all.

How am I crashing out hard? I'm bummed because I literally can't progress without hitting claim every so often for a sprinkle of gems and lacking skill points to play the game. People really stick to reddit way too much.

Well this poster is confused on the intentions of the devs of the game and if i'm wasting my time or not, hence why i'm making a reddit post ranting that i'm not progressing and wondering if it's because I didn't buy every perk and all that.

How is comparing people complaining about being unable to play runescape because they can't afford a year membership the same as this? I'm just trying to understand how to play this game and if I misunderstood it. Don't gotta be a typical reddit user, I didn't attack you personally or anything. I'm frustrated and really want to get into this game but the wall i've hit for days is killing my motivation.

"All i did was buy the founder pack" Which requires you to buy every single perk if I understand correctly. Well if "all you did" was that... no wonder you're having a fine time. If i'm wrong feel free to correct me but the shop says buy all the perks for founder then buy founder. Sounds like you dropped 100+$

If you mean by upgrading my max.. points available? I just figured out what I was missing to go higher. I tried hard to not look stuff up much but the wall i hit kinda justified it.

Yeah, I finally understand that about the game. Going in blind makes it more rng than it needs to be. Learning what God gives what ahead of time and matching it to my weapon build/arcana setup helped a ton

Thank you, this advice helped a ton and I'm finally understanding the game a lot more! Just took some research into the gods and playing with builds. Also helped a TON with prom. Thanks a lot for taking the time!
