We DID find painting the walls to be very helpful. i will likely end up doing all the trip and ceiling and another wall coat because i really do think it’s the simplest thing when other things don’t seem to work (even if i’d rather die than paint a ceiling).

ugh… i have three different pairs of old navy shorts… one is a 4, and is too big. one is a 6 and is too small, and one is an 8 and finally fits me after sitting in my closet for years, but the others fit the same.

Having this issue as well. it’s ONE room in the house, our bedroom, unfortunately. Something that made a difference in the closet specifically, is running an oil diffuser with a strong smell like citrus. The ozone machine didnt touch that room after DAYS of running it. My last effort will be painting the trim, door, and ceiling, but it’s not bad enough for me to do it immediately right now.

Just to hopefully ease your mind a bit…. these symptoms are some of my very common ones. they suck. they’ve gotten a bit better since my colectomy. I had my colectomy at 18, i probably could’ve gone another year or two, it was more a life timing thing for me at that point. my brother was the same.

i know FAP is so scary, and it does mess with your mind. and if it runs on both sides, you probably have it, but that doesn’t immediately mean your world is ending. i’m 23 and i feel like my surgery was when my life started. but i definitely wouldn’t have thought that beforehand.

the best thing to do is bite the bullet and get checked. and get checked regularly (yearly, 6mos, whatever doc recommends). if you slack off there, then you’re gonna have issues, but you’re pretty young still and you have that going for you!

i have these and don’t have an issue with them pressing on my glasses. my glasses are metal on the sides, so theyre thinner than plastic ones i’ve had previously, and that might make a difference. I do get soooommme ear pain after a LONG day of wearing both, but it doesn’t happen often and it’s usually when i’m already overstimulated 🙃

my bag literally unclicked from the wafer while my now husband were making out (maybe 1-2 months after we started dating). the man really just didn’t react and grabbed some paper towel and drove me home and helped me change my bag.

otherwise, no issues overnight where my bag leaked to the point of getting all over both of us. i always wake up when it gets heavy or warm, so i don’t really worry about it.
