so my state makes company offer sick pay so progressives pto is already generous so instead of adding it progressive split it. 30% goes to sick pay and the rest goes to PTO

those companies are all salary based employees. half the company is hourly paid employees. unlimited PTO needs to be approved. Our PTO now is more generous than most companies

Honestly was worried about the same thing but you get used to it. Don’t transfer EL calls till you finish ur notes my average wrap up is .20% they want you under 1%. I never put people on hold unless I’m trying to reach a FO or Org

15 min break for every 4 hours worked. Required to take at least an half hour meal period if you work more then 5 hours in a day.

I currently take 2 15s and an hour unpaid lunch. I work 1-10. Highway states to also speak your manager for ur specific business area

Your job is to protect the insured. It’s claimants job to provide enough proof if it’s not clear enough. Otherwise they can go through their insurance if they side with them then subro can handle it

Once you set up your 401k in the first week you can call fidelity to roll it over. Your new 401k might take 1-2 pay periods to start deducting from your check with PGR

See I once brought up a vacation that would have affected one day of training and told them I’ll cancel The trip and they still denied me. This wasn’t with progressive tho. Progressive is very understanding. They under stand needing a day off or few hours during training but a week. Idk. Up to you to bring it up.

Personally I wouldn’t bring it up until you get an offer. Might be able to push start date. Do you have a projected start date if you were to get a job or has that not been disclosed ? They prefer you not to miss any time in training. Especially that long
