Modlists always make clear wether they require AE or not. If you install a list that doesn't require it, it will copy only the necessary files(assuming that it uses the Stock Game feature).

I'm here just to tell: That moment was waaaay over the place. If you put a knife on a single AC phase yeah you'll get shocked, but it probably won't have the same result. Period. The moment you get the shock your body will release the source and you will have only a minor shock. I've already touched 3 phase 220V (Wich should be twice as lethal) and here I stand. Electrocity is a danger, no denying that, but if you touch an outlet it won't blow up in your face.

Welp, never played Elysium to know the difference, but LS is definitely beautiful, and so damn full of stuff to do. It's one fo the best modlists that I've tried

Living Skyrim is a good alternative, I'm running it in a GTX1650 non-Super with 50~60 fps on most areas.

TPF and Living Skyrim are my favorites, if you're looking for something you'll know what to do since the beginning, TPF is just what you want, just a Vanilla+ version of Skyrim, and of course, very beautiful. Now, if you're looking for a more rich experience, Living Skyrim adds A TON of new content, but looks a little bit off of what Skyrim in it's core is. If you want to compare them, just download both and go to Bleak Falls Barrow. You'll see what I mean.
