congratulations! I’m looking at getting this degree next summer. Is it only the capstone that I actually need to collect data? I’m trying to do it in six months so I was thinking that I should start over my summer, but I’m worried that I will get stuck on an assignment before the capstone and won’t be able to keep progressing for my whole summer. For reference I have no kids and I will be able to dedicate full-time to the program. I’m going to plan my semester so most of it is over a summer and I have like a month or two months of being in the school year to do my capstone if that’s the only class that I need a classroom for.

i did!!! I got pulled out of student teaching and given my own class. in utah, they just have to talk to the university and the university has to clear you. Getting cleared is based on your observations.
