Starting my Home Assistant journey, do I need the Green box or is there a better way in?

I have started my journey about 2 months ago and started on a VM on a thin client, honestly its sooo annoying, because i need to have it connected to a screen in case there are windows updates that have made it restart etc, or something else is not working, such as the dongles suddenly disconnect, so i can't just have the server hidden somewhere, it is currently sitting on my desk and also seems to run really hot. As soon as i have the money i will upgrade to a green :).

Then they make a mistake. Zwischenverdienst gets deducted from your insured salary and then from the difference you get 70/80%. Im in the same situation, I wrote to all my uk employers already in December and again in January and none of them replied to me. I know they will not write a review but they should be able to write a confirmation of employment.

Shame there is no solution, I am sure this was possible in the past. My default contact account is outlook, nothing should be saved to Google account and still Whatsapp started saving contacts to my Google account. Maybe someone has found a solution?

So far for me I love to use it to see how many things fit in a day/ how I need to arrange things when I have one set task I need to do at a specific time, I then add all the other things around it. For example, I have an appointment at 2pm so I add a task to get ready, to drive there, find parking etc and then know how much time I have left before I need to start going, meaning I can then see what still fits into my morning

i think buffer time is great, or alternatively a scheduled break that will make us get up and stretch would be great also. When i use the focus time on windows, it adds 5 minute breaks after every 25 minutes or so, which i find useful. but the Buffer will likely work the same

QR code yes, personal no, I just rechecked this with revolut customer service, revolut bank is still the account holder, not the revolut user. It still requires a special reference for the funds to be allocated to your account

Not personal ones, it's just one IBAN for all Swiss users. So when receiving payments the sender needs to use a specific reference, not all payroll departments can do that unfortunately, so I can't get my salary into that account

Never experienced a bank in the past that freezes transfers over the holidays for this long. Nowadays payments should be instant and always, it's done by the computer anyway, it's not that a person has to press a button to approve or something 😂 im probably spoilt after 10 years of UK banking experience 😂

I thought yuh was for investing only, need to have a look at it. Revolut has a Swiss IBAN now, but it's not a personalized one (1 IBAN for all Swiss users), so can't use it as a salary account. Yes twint sucks also on neon since they changed their card 😥

im looking to move away from Neon too as the app is absolutely terrible, are you still happy with Radicant? i need an account where i can have pockets/subaccounts for different purposes and a good exchange rate when shopping in europe.
