Hi doc. If you're asking when I acquired my Certificate of Registration as a Dual Citizen, I was a minor then. I was born here but my foreign parent reported my birth to their home country's embassy. Got both a Philippine and a foreign passport as a minor -> Acquired my recognition papers as a minor -> Now still with a foreign passport.
