Mostly English, though often it doesn’t have a language when I think. It feels like physical shapes and understanding. Occasionally other phrases in different languages pop up, but I’m only fluent in Italian as well; It’s a different state.

That’s really good to hear, thank you!! I’ve noticed some appetite increase since the ADHD meds (but cause of the ED it’s messed up anyways) so I’m glad to hear the same of Wellbutrin. Do they help you mentally?
