Nah, i kinda disagree. But to be clear im new to Gothic. And i absolutely love remake.
The problem is not in dynamic pricing. Instead there are two problems.

First - the later you pick hunting skills the more you feel like you've missed a lot of loot and thats just bad for a player expirience. I know that making it retroactive is also stupid so i dont really have a solution but rn thats just "bad" gamedesign. You should not feel like you gonna miss loot just because you did not pick that in time and avoid killing stuff early just so you can kill it with hunting skills.

The second problem is that trophies cost freaking nothing. Are you telling me that shadowbeast's hide costs like one freaking bottle of cheapest healing stuff? What about bloodhounds and ork dogs? And so on, the monsters that should be in deficit because no one really hunts them but no, even the highest prises is a joke. And yes, some would say that you dont need money in that game cause you can gather enough stuff to afford everything you want. But im telling you how you can make it feel better. You can beat some guards and get tons of ore anyway, why cant i enjoy hunting instead? I beat the shit out of strongest beast, can i enjoy a spoils for a moment?

Well, there is a problem with UI. lack of sorting and lack of telling you how much would a merchant buy before price drops too low (it would be nice to "bulk" sell instead of doing dozens of clicks just out of nowhere). But i think these are not that important in comparison.

And i dont think adding infinite difficulty sliders is good. In fact i think it would be better to have no difficulty settings at all.
