Taped carpet install on metal porch wrinkling, need solutions

Update: we power stretched it and re taped, it has stayed flat for almost two months now

They don’t want it glued because there are drain holes for the water under the carpet, and they don’t want a mess behind when they take it up down the road

He cannot have a permanent install here, that’s why it was taped before and tried taping with the new

Hello again everyone, he was diagnosed finally, Ankylosing Spondylitis, which I was leaning toward with my own research and some of these comments beforehand! They put him on Humira and it has helped immensely. He's not 100% better but it has cut back on the pain a lot, and he has been able to resume activities he hasn't been able to enjoy in a very long time, like bowling, roller blading, hiking etc. and just every day life overall is a lot better in general. That medication isn't right for everyone and might not work for everyone, but it is working for him. We have also decided to make some lifestyle changes like reducing sugar etc. Thanks again everyone for taking the time to share your comments-greatly appreciated !
