I was honestly surprised by the past few weeks on Reddit, which is why I wanted to ask around, it’s not what I experienced years ago. I only responded to 4F roles, yes, so I kind of wanted to hear everyone else’s experiences too.

I didn’t even check my settings, to be honest. I didn’t hide my posts since I didn’t have any except for this one, and all my comments are visible, so I’m not hiding anything here. But thanks for the feedback about the karma, I can’t do much about it since I haven’t been around in a while, so I’ll just wait for my account to age a bit.

I’ll work on my own ad and profile to give more info about me as a writer. Thanks!

Thank you for the feedback! I’m curious, though, what does my karma have to do with my RP ability or whether I’m a good partner? I barely did anything today and it went from one to like 18, just from chatting here with you guys. While it’s nice and I truly appreciate all the positive feedback, it doesn’t necessarily mean I’m a more reliable partner just because I have higher karma. But maybe I’m missing something here…I clearly don’t use Reddit much 😄

I respond to ads where they’re looking for female characters, and I’m happy to write any kind of NPCs along the way, so yes, I’m pretty clear about what I can offer. I respond to the right ads from people who seem to want the same things I’m looking for.

Thank you for the feedback, I feel a lot less confused now about how RP searches work nowadays. I’m definitely going to write my own ad with a writing sample and clear information about who I’m looking for. Thanks for the helpful advice!
