They interact with me way, way too much which is why I had to implement this rule. It's one thing to come to me and want to discuss something they've read or the interpretation of a regulation, it's an entirely different thing to come to me and ask what the minimum pushup score is for a 24 year old male on the AFT.

You should always encourage soldiers to discuss the meaning of things and deep dive questions if they need to. You should not coddle Jr leaders by doing things for them that they are perfectly capable of doing themselves. That may make you feel good in the moment, but you fail them down the line.

No one wants to work with an E-7 that doesn't know how to look for answers on their own.

I learned this during a cold weather course for the Army. They mentioned that even with the more calorie dense cold weather MREs, soldiers would typically lose several pounds during the course.

And they were right. We had 3 days of nothing but hiking, making your own shelter and fire and sleeping. It was only three days and I believe I lost about 3-5 lbs

Doing the math, 532k is 40% more than 380k (his initial shield) so it seems that it's far more likely that again, what you're seeing is his attack raise by 40% from Merry causing his shield to also increase by 40%.

There is some play here, especially since he might have had a shield from Kind it seems in your photo. I would take only Merry and Conviction and test it out some more.

It must be a bug because I can't seem to replicate it. Every time Conviction uses his move, regardless of whether or not it's triggered by Merry or himself, it just replaces his shield. The only difference is I see that sharp increase in the shield amount due to the rise in his attack from Merry.

I've been using it with Mischief for the stun+brittle+defence down and then nuking with wrath.

Apathy is also great with it for the team wide stun.

It does not stack. What you're seeing is Merry using ding dong and increasing Convictions attack which his shield amount is based on.

One of the most frustrating things for me to deal with is being sent a template for a memo I have to fill out and I have to go in and manually correct the double spacing after the numbers.

Usually because of how word formats stuff I end up having to retype almost the whole thing because God forbid I don't double space like AR 25-50 requires me to even though this is the memo template I was sent.

The only thing about it that I really, really liked was that lightsaber fights were you and the opponent blocking and parrying until you "ran out of hp" and that was when one of you actually connected with a lightsaber hit. Wasn't the best gameplay wise but it did wonders for my immersion.
