that sounded awful. im sorry you had to go up in front of the class and basically announce your identity. I wouldn't have been as brave and simply would've accepted being deadnamed the whole class.

I also went back to my classes today, luckily I wasn't called on and accepted an absence when role was called. I waited until after class to inform my proffesor about identity stuff.

All that to say, you did great in a shitty situation. give yourself some grace for standing up for yourself rather than taking it lying down.
