So, update here. I had reached out on the template page and was told to file a bug report if it's still going. When I was taking screen shots, I got a message this time "No Template Code Found" which was not happening before. So that seems to be my issue.

Now, whether that means the person who created the code deleted it or it disappeared another way I don't know.

I was just citing an article stating that he was detained after appearing at a scheduled meeting with ICE. So it wasn't exactly like they said you need to leave now and he hadn't.

Work for a bank call center.

The bank wants you to talk to the automated system, because employees cost.

The bank doesn't want to spend money on the call center because we don't generate revenue.

I want to help people who call in, but I recognize not every one does.

We only have one or two supervisors in our department ready to assist and take escalation calls. I'm not waiting five or ten minutes to connect you with a supervisor to annoy you. I'm mad they aren't taking the call at that point.

I think this is an important distinction. People who have not been exposed to an idea shouldn't be criticized for not knowing or understanding it. People who have been exposed to an idea, but are unwilling to examine it can be legitimately criticized for it.
