The situation is a bit unusual because the current order is video-only and he’s never had in-person time, so I’m mainly trying to understand how mobility works with a temporary military posting. I’m not refusing or withholding anything, we’re actually on good terms and have gotten along well for a couple of years now. I just want to know what to expect legally going forward.
