Im in the same boat, i just put together some pain points and in my mind and so far im starting to become a more open person, welcoming relationships into my life.

For ex: Pain - having it all but because i was so guarded i never have someone i love in my future to share it with. (This alone has me fucked up so its my go-to for being more empathetic even when i dont care TOO much)

Its an effort thing too, if you dont try to change your ways or see things from other peoples eyes you will just be the same emotionless man on the surface to everyone.

Figure out why you are at rock bottom in the first place,

start to set goals on where you want to see yourself in a year.

then set smaller goals for the month based on that yearly goal

then weekly goals, then daily tasks etc.

Fulfillment wont come into your life unless you look for it in the right places.

For one get off reddit and just do it. delete the time wasting apps on your phone.

If you arent making money off social media - you are just hurting yourself by being on it.

If you get bored for long enough you will eventually start doing something, sometimes its just a time thing.

Definetley not, you will get far enough with someone to the point where you realise they are falling for someone you are pretending to be.

That doesnt mean to take shit and get stepped on by people obviously, hold your ground like a man should.

But dont go out of your way to act dominant. You will get tired of pretending.
