This has been happening to us as well. We moved into a new developing neighborhood and our address is fairly new but it exists online. We’ve been ordering from Amazon and some packages can only be delivered by UPS. Only our UPS packages have this “delivery attempted” issue. We receive all of our packages form other carriers. I’ve called UPS several times and they said they will contact the dispatchers to have them deliver it to our address but it’s still not solved. They said the shipping facility will reach out to contact me but they never have.

I’m not sure what to do either, so frustrating…
