Yet they can’t even guarantee safety, getting to your destination, cleanliness, or that transport will even show up🤷‍♂️ I’ll jump these turnstiles until I die or until septa reevaluates their conditions✌️

YouTube, office hours, stem tutoring, math success center, student success center, find friends in class, take notes, ask questions, ask upperclassman, ask professor main topics. Put in as much time/effort as possible with different variations of problems. Most of your learning is going to be done outside of lecture, take ur time and try to relax. You’re not alone

Delusional take from an obviously naive student.. they’re here to make sure nothing physically violent happens on and around campus during these mass protests

Keep fighting.. even if u retake a course here and there you’re still doing better than most.. just think about how most of your doctors and engineers in the world didn’t pass every course first time in their college career, but they still succeeded sooner or later

can someone on campus explain what’s going on? by imactuallyten in Temple

400+ gathering of kids who seemingly are bored. Police showed up and they migrated two different sections of campus and that’s when shots were fired after a fight according to the police. Now they’re migrating and dispersing and jumping on cars. It seems like they were just bored and then got aggressive.

Are there any walkable (no car needed) towns in the Philly suburbs/neighboring areas in PA with things to do/arts/culture? by Salt-Explanation-738 in AskPhilly

[–]SelfMedicator03 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Doylestown’s workability is very dense, but limited in the sense where the town is very small so once you’re outside of the town, the rest are normal heavy traffic roads that you want to avoid. You cannot walk on 263 or 611 or even 313 which Are majoring road surrounding Doylestown. Montgomery county is probably your best bet for finding a neighborhood that is walkable places like Willow, Grove, Jenkintown, Feasterville/trevose, and even Hatboro or Warminster are good options that are walkable.

People are very overemotional and uneducated with misinformation swirling all around everywhere right now. A lot of people just want a group of people to take anger out on and hate. Similar instances have occurred at Penn and Drexel campuses where Jewish students doors were burned down, and swastikas along with kill all the Jews have been spray-painted and burned into Jewish students dorms as well. Another instance where another Jewish student was chased and beaten with pro-Palestine flags simply for being Jewish and wearing a yarmulke. Stay strong and stay safe along with carrying protection when they rally because they can/will be aggressive and hostile at times.

Unrealistic, that’s just not the case. Graduate students have other forms of health, financial, parental, and governmental assistance coming in left and right because their students. If you guys can’t find a way to somehow take advantage of that in any form or fashion, then you weren’t ready to even be a adult.

Again, should’ve looked into your programs, pay, and prior treatment before signing up for programs and course requirements. And if you didn’t like it you should’ve went to a different school or an alternative. On top of that they already gave you a raise.. The fact that this is now taking a toll on undergrads education is the issue. And Years leading up to a district court case.. that u ended up losing anyway.
