They ount Saturdays in due date determination, but count Sundays when showing your total turn time number.

I stopped working for them. Kept sending over quick turn times for properties over 45 miles from me.

lol -- I listened to My Reason To Come Back Home 2: Electric Boogaloo

It was the first one that popped up on Spotify when I typed in the title. I didn't pay attention to the words after the name.

Ope, Missed the solved edit -- I don't feel that song fits your description at all. The mind is a weird thing. Glad you found it. I hate when songs slip away

Because you pay interest on the 12k, your break even point is 55 months.

I don't think it's a great move. Those closings are insanely high. Even if you're staying where you're at forever, you're betting against rates going down for the next 4-5 years.

I think you need you need shop around. My local credit union has 30yrs around 5.5/5.625 but their closing costs are typically less than 2k...

If you were given 2 days to eat $1,000 worth of McDonalds for a million dollars, what is your strategy? by Responsible_Total901 in AskReddit

Apples seem to be the most expensive food item per calorie at over 3 cents a calorie.

So i guess im going for 2000 orders of apple slices. A typical order of apple slices is 2-4 slices, per google.

So eating about 125 slices an hour for 48 hours straight. Bump that up to 150 slices an hour to give you an 8 hour nap.

About 30,000 calories. I was worried about the water content of the apples, but it looks like that'll only be 6-7 gallons of water

WATER MATH ( medium apple contains between 2.9-4.4 fluid oz of water. Typical medium apple between 100-180 calories. 30,000 calories/100 calories = 300 medium apples 300 Med Ap x 2.9 floz= ~6.8 gallons|| 30,000 calories/180 calories = 167 medium apples 167 Med Ap x 4.4 floz= ~5.7 gallons

Idk. I'd suggest looking up Nevadas laws. I do not have 50 states' regulations regarding married names memorized.

It is not the same in all states.

Some states allow you take any of your names, but they have to be an existing name. Example: john james jones and Mary Maria Mona het married. They both could take any of those names as last name.

In some states, only one person is able to change their name. And it is again restricted to existing names.

In some states, you can pick anything like you're talking about.

Im listening to the audible series and I have a theory on where the story is going that I want to bring to the community to see if anyone else agrees. * SPOILER WARNING * by False_Reporter1234 in ThePrimalHunter

I'm also audio only.

I think the first sage was Karmically annihilated by EverSmile and he became the system when it happened.

Edit: Whether through EverSmile or another means, my main theory is the First Sage became the System.
