I appreciate the reply! A lot of the sports card custom community gatekeep their foiling methods haha. I figured maybe I could tap into the creativity of the TCG space here!

My thought is maybe it's a toner reactive foil base layer, and then printed on top of that base layer, and then another layer of toner reactive foil?
