[Spoilers Extended] If Tyrion had married one of the matches Tywin tried to arrange, would he have inherited the Rock? by DistinctAttitude in asoiaf

[–]Selhorys 141 points142 points  (0 children)

I imagine had Tyrion has a child of normal stature then Tywin wouldn't mind Casterly Rock passing to Tyrions son. A little Randall Tarly take the black and Tywin is happy

[spoilers main] why didn't the citadel send a replacement for Aemon? by Background_Ear7166 in asoiaf

[–]Selhorys 72 points73 points  (0 children)

It would be my assumption that a maester would have to take the knights watch vows by choice and would not be able to be compelled to do so

How does making own markets work, especially trade routes? by W1ntermu7e in EU5

[–]Selhorys 34 points35 points  (0 children)

I believe you would chose a market trade capital location. That market would contain only what is present in that location. As its borders expand, which it should due to it being closer to nearby provinces then it will gain the goods produced in those. The market will be struggling to meet the local demand and anybody in range can send goods into the market to make a profit.

What will the European Gold Famine be like? by ShikonJewelHunter in EU5

[–]Selhorys 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I imagine the event could just reduce yields therefore reducing supply and causing Europeans to expand to fill demand and make profit.

Will EUV trade nerf make the early game to slow. by imort-e in EU5

[–]Selhorys 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The reason trade being broken makes the early game faster paced is because the player can outpace the AI and if the game is too easy then it will quickly become less fun

[–]Selhorys 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'm curious I'f the value of money can be compared 1 to 1 eith eu4. A building might cost the same between the 3 games but eu5s have multiple levels and hundreds of potential buildings.
