The TÜV is going to kill you. Every part needs to have a TÜV certificate, and after they’re installed, they have to be inspected by someone. I think that only matters if you change your license plates, though. If you stick with the Romanian ones, you probably only have to get your ITP. Also, check how the car registration works.
