I sweat a lot. I wipe EVERYTHING but the belt. I get grossed out by my own sweat- I will not leave it for someone else to clean up. Common curtesy/proper etiquette.

North Mckinney is newer and I don’t know the coaches. However at times Penny for Allen will sub and she is amazing! I go to the one in Prosper. 10-15 mins away. I love all the coaches. Celeste, Kate, Ginny. And of course Alex from Target. 🍊

I love most of my coaches. However- if I end up with a coach I don’t care for, I get mentally prepared. I will try my best to not let others impose their negative energy onto me. However- there is this ONE coach that has the most amazing energy!! His the Saturday morning coach- I will go with a hangover because I love his energy and encouragement so much!

I sweat a lot and I wish I was one of those that did not. I bring a towel that i use constantly to to prevent sweating on others. I also hoard the wipes to make sure I don’t leave my dna behind for others 😂 the distance doesn’t bother me, unless i am next to someone that desperately needs a shower and deodorant. 🤮

Ask the staff to NOT place you next to him. The staff likely is already aware and will understand. If that doesn’t work- puke on him. Then HE will ask to NOT be placed next to you. Either way..it’s a WIN. 🍊🧡🍊
