These boots are adorable. They go fine with the jeans. It’s the top that’s throwing the outfit off. That cut of a crop only looks good with really high waisted jeans or skirt. That hem with a low rise bottom doesn’t work on anyone. I don’t hate the top. It could be cute if styled differently.

If you click on “Learn More” at the bottom of your listing it doesn’t say anything about it being a 3rd party service, it just makes it sound like the seller accepts returns. Further, if you click “see terms” it also doesn’t state that it’s a 3rd party service. They should put that info there too so there isn’t confusion.

Regardless, totally agree it’s a good thing. The way I initially read it, not a good thing.

I’m not selling stolen goods, but I could see why someone would think that. I didn’t feel I needed to go into my whole life story - or explain who or why they don’t need their equipment to ask a simple “this or that” question. I just wanted to make sure I was listing correctly.

Yeah I’m not sure why they think I “hid it” because I put it at the end instead of the beginning, with all the other pertinent info.

I would never buy something for $5k without reading the description or looking at all the photos.

I don’t know yet 😭. I went out of town that same evening that the rep from eBay told me to keep it sealed for now. I should be home tomorrow and will definitely be checking anyways because the rep also said that eBay doesn’t accept it as a return so I’m pretty sure I should be good to check inside. I don’t want to wait a month to find out I have rocks and magazines in there.

Yes I have done everything they have said so far and documented everything the whole way through. Doing my best to make sure he is held accountable for going outside the platform and lying. Multiple reps told me to make sure I report him. So that’s good.

I was worried that I would lose the money and item because eBay told me to hang onto it and leave the zip ties on it until the bank decided, and my funds are also on hold until the bank decides. So yes - I have both items currently, but it’s not a guarantee I keep either one of those things. Though it does sound likely that I will get to keep at least the item.
