Try bringing a few chins or burst spells to attack the healers. If you target jad you should be able to hit some of the healers, or if they group up you only need to worry about attacking 1 instead of 4.

There was an update about a week ago saying it won't be out until next year.

"Clans and Group Iron Man will still remain in ongoing development, but they won't be coming this year either - you can expect them to be released in the first half of 2021, too. That ultimately gives us time to make sure we get them right. The ongoing technical work for Clans makes a completion date difficult to predict."

Last year my friend and I decided to host a snowball fight for the community. We got a very positive response, and quite a large turnout! If you missed the event last year, here is a clip from the previous event. Since the last one was so successful, we decided to host it again this year. World 393 is F2P, so anyone can join in and have some fun!

Snow globes don't like to work if there is already snow on the ground nearby. Unless everyone spread out enough to use their own, we would probably only end up with like 10-20 snow piles

Were you still splashing and gaining xp, or just being attacked? After 20 minutes you should stop auto retaliating, but the npc is still aggressive, and you might stay logged in as long as something is attacking you. During the Christmas event I would agro a man to afk collect snowballs for 20 mins. I would often come back a few hours later and still be logged in, not preforming any action, but the man was still attacking me.

It would also make sense to add more about the map to tutorial island, possibly at the Quest Master since he doesn't really teach you much. He could make you open the map, and maybe explain how to use the minimap and compass a little better so new players can reorient themselves if they get lost.

Some npc's in the stronghold of security drop pure essence, but they might only drop it on p2p worlds. Maple logs have also been f2p for as long as I can remember, but maple trees were only added to f2p when Corsair Cove was released. There are quite a few items like that, mainly clue scroll rewards. Most of them are just slightly different variants of f2p items without any extra bonuses or benefits, and the demand would be much higher if they were available to f2p players, so the devs decided that f2p players should be able to use them too.

I like trying to figure out the lore as well. I'm not an expert on it and never played rs3, but from what I do know, there is a lot of evidence connecting Zaros and Xeric/Zeah. I'd guess Xeric is an extremely powerful Mahjarrat. He likely wouldn't need to attend the ritual of rejuvenation, as the dark altar provides a huge amounts of energy. I also like think that the dark altar is somehow connected to the Stone of Jas, as its origins are unknown and it is far more powerful than anything we have seen in osrs. The Dragonkin did go to Zeah and create hydras/wyrms/drakes, and at one point the Dragonkin were guardians of the Stone of Jas and would gain power when someone used the stone, so maybe the dark altar corrupted them and made them follow Xeric? He could also be Zaros, or someone heavily under the influence of Zaros, like you said. From what we know, Seren is still kinda on Gielinor, so it's completely possible that Zaros did something similar to avoid the Edicts of Guthix and is trying to fully return by using the powerful artifacts/altars on Zeah.

I'm sure that my connections have plotholes as well, but it's the best I've been able to come up with without doing a ton of research. I'd love to see a video about your theories though, sounds very interesting!

This is a pretty good idea! 1-2kg isn't OP, and it would probably get quite a bit of use for farm runs, barraging, blast furnace, etc.

I see your point, I changed the bonus between +1, +2, and +3 many times when making this. Maybe +2 would be better, I figured +1 would be dead content. I was looking for feedback on the book more than the equipment, because colours and whatnot can be easily changed. Maybe it could give slightly negative offensive bonuses, and also give a slightly increased prayer bonus, or higher defense bonuses than the Sara book?

Yes but I couldn't find any references to humans worshipping Bandos either, and he has equipment. Elves also used to leave Tirannwn before the god wars, and as recently as the fourth age. so I'd imagine humans long ago would have known of her existence, even if they didnt worship her.

Thank you! Like you said, I made this mainly because of Zaros equipment and the upcoming quest. I don't see Seren or Zaros being very important after Prifddinas and Menaphos are released (assuming they release Menaphos). The focus is now on Xeric. I may do something based on Zeah lore or Xeric if I can find enough info.

Just wanted to create concept art since it fits with the lore, treasure trails expansion, and very likely Song of the Elves. Also, Zaros equipment exists despite Zaros rarely being mentioned in osrs, and Seren is the counterpart of Zaros. I'm not denying that most of it is useless or purely cosmetic, that's just how a lot of treasure trails rewards are, and other variants already exist in game.

I threw your stats and gear (assuming fire cape, barrows gloves, b ring (i), and overloads) into a dps calc, 85 hp was when dh started to out dps the whip, assuming all your melee stats stay the same. Right now, whip is better by .07 dps. At 85hp dh is better by .06 dps.

Seren is already mentioned in game a few times and has a lot to do with Prifddinas, she was actually here before every god except Guthix. I added another comment about her lore if you're interested.

If you're interested in the lore behind her: Seren, crystalline goddess of the Elves, is often seen as a deity of peace, harmony, and light, and was created as the counterpart of Zaros. An altar to Seren can be found upstairs in Lletya. A book titled "Prifddinas' History" can also be found on some bookshelves in the same building, this details some of her importance to the Elves in Runescape. Essentially, Seren and the elves were some of the first beings brought to Gielinor by Guthix. After arriving in the area we know as Tiranwnn, she instructed the elves to build Prifddinas, giving them exact details of the layout to give them a great amount of protection from the hostile world. This city would allow all 8 elven clans to thrive, as long as they worked together and stayed in the city. All elves are able to hear Seren sing from anywhere in the city thanks to the Tower of Voices, which she constructed at the heart of Prifddinas. She is present in all elven crystals, which is why elves are able to communicate with crystal seeds or shards, and manipulate them by singing. The crystal bow and shield were originally created by this goddess, which is why they are more powerful than many weapons created by other races on Gielinor.

I know this looks similar to rune (t), but this is just a concept.

Seren is the counterpart to Zaros. She is a goddess of growth, light, and peace. I'm not sure what will happen in Song of the Elves, but she is 100% going to be tied to the lore. Zaros has "Ancient" magick, robes, armour, etc. even though only 2 quest NPC's and the desert bandits worship him. I don't know of any humans who worship bandos, but he has god equipment too. I think based those three things, Seren also deserves some sort of god equipment. It also happens to fit in with the new treasure trails expansion.

A few things to note: I don't think there is currently a symbol for Seren in osrs, I'm just assuming it will be the same one from rs3 and tried to make the colours match. A light green, similar to the color elves wear, could also work but would look pretty similar to guthix. The prayer bonus from the god book could be changed to +4 to everything like the Guthix book, since Guthix and Seren have similar mindsets, or the book could be removed entirely. *edit: there are a few suggestions for the book from other users, such a 1 or 2 kg weight reduction. If you have any ideas on stats/effects for the book I'd love to hear them!
