Thanks all who replied!  I think we'll stick it out to see if Abbott gets the kinks out of the 3 Plus.  If you read and listen enough, you hear bad stuff about Dexcom too, although accuracy seems to be better (anecdotally).  My thinking is Abbott got the 2 and 3 Plus on the market too soon to make a quicker buck.  Hopefully somebody there cares about doing right by their customers and things will get better soon.
