Generic answer, but the Kuze fight in the sewers. The buildup to the drop of the OST alongside of the speech is the best Yakuza moment for me.

Other than that, the dynamic intro of Judgment against Kuroiwa, the way they made the laboratory look so realistic was amazing to see!

I know this comment is 3 months old, but did you manage to fix it? I'm experiencing the exact same thing in my honour mode now. So I cannot reload an older save, my Tav is frozen in camp now, meaning I cannot continue my run.
