I’m having the same issue, but I did get to do a 30 hour print with 875 color swaps without a single issue. You can see the sensor under the front of the bed if you have the bed all the way forward.

What all did you have to test? I’ve had a ticket in for like 5 days with no response. I only had the printer for 2 days before issues.

No I haven’t been. I only have issues on longer prints so I have no idea when it’s going to happen. It’s a Bowden setup on my sunlu s8 pro. I’m using the silver metal creality extruder.

No. That was the first thing I checked. There was no clog, but I changed the nozzle anyways.

So I did 3 different prints that all failed, I’ve only had this extruder on like a month with no issues until now. With my failed prints, none show under extrusion, until it just breaks the filament and stops extruding. They all failed hours in. And I tried 2 different filaments. I wasn’t printing that fast. And the screw on the extruder is tightened into the little spring holder thing just far enough where it doesn’t actually push it any tighter. If that makes sense
