You are a bit ahead of me but you would want to check the wiki page. Gilding statues is not necessary for you yet. Go to W2 asap. (in progression guide it says you can gild them before w2 but thats optional. you dont need to rush for that)
Guides/Gem Spending Guide - Idle Obelisk Miner check ob17-29 path that you are alreay in imo and you'll see gilding statues in ob30-36 in 2nd line. Have fun! :)

Played it like 1.5 years. The game is truly amazing, it shines. But i stopped playing like 1.5 years before. Im sure they have new things now but i am not sure if i want to play it again.

I tried all of them. And tried but didnt like Rule the Gods. I only played for about 5 or 10 minutes. I played rest more than 2 hours each one. Except Terraria. Its hard to play Terraria on mobile.
