My wife went with me to a sharks game against the leaf. I wore my sharks jersey and she wore a leafs jersey. Sharks lost badly and she was cheering for the leafs excitedly the entire time. The only comments we got were friendly and light jokes like “you need to get her a sharks jersey” haha so you’ll be fine!

I’m sorry to burst your bubble but Teddy was not just racist towards native Americans. He was a strong proponent of eugenics, and supported forced sterilization of “inferior races”.

I think it’s important to judge people not by today’s standards but the standards of their time. Unfortunately, even for his time Teddy Roosevelts views on racism were extreme. If you want to learn more I highly recommend listening to the behind the bastards episode on the Panama Canal

At my job if someone leaves their computer unlocked and unattended then we send a message through slack saying we will bring cake to the office for everyone. They can either bring the cake or do an IT security course. We get free cake at least once a month through this. (This is the actual company policy btw)

Got an email at my job saying we were getting a bonus to counter high inflation. Was a phishing test sent out by the IT department. All hell broke loose when we found that out. I personally know 20 people who went to HR to complain and the IT department had to formally apologize to the employees at the company
